A NEW RESORT AT LEFKADA, GREECEThere are 5 villas and each one of them is situated in a different level, has its own swimming-pool, superior view, parking, balcony and yard, A/C, TV, fully equiped kitchen, Also it sould be mentioned that persons with special needs. Villa RODIA is 39 square meters (one bedroom) and can accommodate 2-3 persons, villas DAFNI and LEVANDA are 60 square meters each (one room at ground level and one at interior storey) and can accommodate 2-5 persons Villas MYRTIA and BASILIKOS are 80 square meters each (one room at ground level and one at interior storey) and can accommodate 2-6 persons. Pets are accepted. The view from the villas is unique and different for each villa because of the height. Therefore you can see the valley of Vassiliki, Saint Peter, Sivro and the mountains of Lefkas. It is situated in the forest and it is surrounded by natural vegetation with fruitful trees and many olives. Monodendri residence is surrounded by the local road to Vassiliki (2 minutes) and the second rural road to Vournika and Kondarena. There are many routes that the visitors can choose. The route to the Marantohori lagoon which is unique ,the route to Saints John's Monastery in Rodaki that has great view and S. Georges, to Syvota, Evgiro's prehistorical cave as well as and Amousso bay and Agiofili very beautiful beaches. Also the visitors can take the route towards the mountains of Kondarena to see the barns as well as towards Sivro(with waterfalls) and the old residences of Tsarlaba family in Spartia, to Vasiliki, to Ponti, to the breathtaking Nira's cape , poet Sapho's point and Snt Nikola's Monastery. The closest village is Vassiliki and Kondarena, 2 minutes time by car and 8-10 on foot, where you can find S.Market and Platanos tavern.
